Glen Arbour Family Round-up
On September 7th, 12:00 PM -2:30 PM, cowpokes, young and old, from Glen Arbour can head over to Hatfield Farms for some good old family fun! The wagon for Fort Clayton leaves at 12:30 PM and everyone must arrive at the farm by 12:00 PM.Once at the fort, everyone can have all the hotdogs and drinks (juice, soda pop, water, coffee and tea) they want! Then, everyone can play on the indoor Rubber Rodeo or go outside and enjoy the children’s zipline, mini-golf, playground, and Petting Pens.
 
To register, please send an email to Heather at heathermckinnonramshaw@gmail.com with your name, number, email, and number of family members wishing to attend by August 30th. In addition, please indicate if you would like a veggie dog. Space is limited to 50 residents. This event is hosted by the Children’s Committee and sponsored by the Glen Arbour Homeowners Association.
 
If any other family members who are non-residents would like to attend (i.e. grandparents, aunts, uncles or cousins), they can pay $20.00 per person.
 
All children 18 years and under require a wavier to be signed by their parents or legal guardian. You can download the waiver by clicking this link.
 
 
 
New Business Dirctory
The Masthead News has launched an online searchable business directory, with a growing list of more than 1100 suppliers of products and services available in the St. Margaret’s Bay area. The directory is free to all users and local businesses.
 
The Masthead is a locally-owned community newspaper, with a circulation area extending to Hammonds Plains. A copy of the current issue of the publication is available at www.themastheadnews.com.
