The majority of the homes in Glen Arbour are single family detached homes.

Many of these are larger executive two-storey homes with three or more bedrooms and three floors finished. However, sizes and layouts vary considerably. 

There are also many bungalow-style homes in the area. These can appeal to buyers of all ages.

Other styles, such as split entry and contemporary designs, are also found in the community.

There are two major condominium complexes within Glen Arbour Subdivision:

Greenside Lane has nine buildings with four two-storey townhomes in each. One unit in each building has a master bedroom on the main floor; the two end units have garages.

One side of Greenside Lane can offer great views of the golf course as well as Bottle Lake. Greenside Lane is on a private street with no through traffic. It has an active homeowners' association and its own website. 

The Knolls of Glen Arbour is a project of United Gulf Developments consisting of townhome, bungalow and two-storey style homes. The Knolls has a total of 43 units, with sizes ranging from 1469 to 1699 square feet.

It is located on a 142 acre ridge dominated by mature stands of maple, birch, and hemlock. A brook flows through the community into Beaver Lake, enhancing the natural beauty of the development .

At the present time, there are no Realtors who are Glen Arbour residents and members of our Homeowners' Association.
